1.    Go to the "File Manager", if it is not by default - download any file manager from the Play Market.

2.    Go sequentially: Internal storage - Android - data - com. facebook.orca - cache.

3.    If there are any files in the destination folder, you need to copy them to the fb_temp folder.

For IOs, the method is slightly different:

1.    Install the program on the computer

2.    Connect the device to the computer.
